Delegates will investigate the development of early numeracy and mathematical awareness. They will explore a range of practical ideas to support mathematical thinking, and produce a learning journal full of relevant facts and information to share within the work place and with parents. Delegates will leave understanding the difference between a pair and a match; they will be able to suggest how they introduce the number zero with confidence; enable children to be confident at sorting and matching by many attributes and many others.
Lunch will be provided for delegates, please let us know of any special dietary requirements.
